Let's work together — here’s what you need to know

Welcome to Galati.Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by our studio, including branding, web design, and related creative services. By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by the following terms. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out before proceeding.

To begin any project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted project fee is required. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin research, planning, and creative development. No work will commence until the deposit has been received and cleared. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files or access are handed over.

All invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) or Great British Pound Sterling (GPB), and are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause in services or additional fees. For ongoing or retainer-based work (such as our Monthly Design Subscription - Coming Soon), payment is due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Each project scope is clearly defined in a written proposal or agreement. Any work requested outside of this scope will be considered additional and may be billed separately at our hourly, daily or fixed rates.

Unless otherwise stated, our packages include up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions will incur extra charges at our standard hourly, daily or fixed rates.

Upon receipt of final payment, you will receive ownership and usage rights for the final approved designs, as outlined in your proposal. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

If a project is canceled by the Client after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly. If we are forced to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded any unused portion of your payment.

We strive to meet agreed timelines, but project timelines rely on timely feedback and content delivery from you. Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may result in a shift in the project schedule.

We take great care in delivering high-quality work, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
